| Jerry Wang | GREAT service, punctual, courteous and professional. I noticed a nest in my chimney a month ago. Called Mark Jameson in south orange and made an appointment. They texted me the day before to confirm the appointment. Jose and crew came right on time on the day. After about 20 minutes, they pulled out 2 dead squirrels from the chimney and told me they needed to check the cap of the chimney to make sure no animals would get in in the future. Due to the height of the chimney and the location of it, they had to use a regular ladder to get to the second floor roof then a hook ladder to climb to the ridge of the top roof. Then they moved along the ridge for about 30 feet to reach the chimney. It turned out the wire mesh chimney cap was a bit small leaving space for the squirrels to come in. They took it down, modified it to make it bigger and secured it back on. I am really happy with their service. |
