John Mcginley | Asked if they repaired leaks .Was told someone would come out to take a look . Took the man into a walk up open attic with no insulation that show the two spots that were about 16 inches apart. He gave me a price of 125 . And he could do it now . I agreed,it took him about 20 min including hammering in a few nails he pointed out that had popped up . I pointed to a few also . He never moved move that 12 feet from his original spot . Said he could not give me a receipt but the owner would send me one as I had given him cash . The next day it rained and when I checked the repairs one was leaking. I called the owner to remind him I needed a receipt and one of the two leaks was dripping water. He reminded me his employee hammered in a handful of nails as if that made up for the second leak which I found insulting. He agreed to come back after the weekend. That was 3 weeks ago. I went up and repaired it my self |
