Magnolia Home Remodeling Group – Roofing Contractor in Union, New Jersey

I am wondering if these reviews are even real. I contacted this company weeks and weeks ago for a large outdoor project. The gentleman who came out was so nice. One of the owners actually. He said his architect would be in contact with me. I explained that I really needed one part of the project done quickly though. He said no problem that he understood. Days went by before the architect called me. I sent him pictures myself because the owner didn't send him his. Then I heard nothing for weeks. I called the office and was told Owner would contact me. Next day he called me and said architect would call me. Next day he called me and I gave him the product I would like installed. He said he liked it too. He told me he would call the owner to get a price on it. Heard nothing back. I contacted other contractors who had no problem getting plans drawn from architects, information from township of getting me prices. I hired another contractor and called Magnolia to let them know. The lady couldn't believe how I was treated. She apologized and said that is not how they usually do business but I find it hard to believe with the way they did business with me. I would not recommend this company. If you can't even be kept in contact with or get a plan, yet alone a price, how can you trust them during construction. I will not chase someone to give them my money.

An "A" rating is actually an understatement. Everything went better that I expected, from planning, the material used, the demo, and the installation. The material is a vinyl siding with the foam insulation built into it called Prodigy and it is amazing. The demo was done with care and any mess was cleaned up at the end of each day. The installation of the new siding went very smoothly with no problems. Every window & door was re-done and re-sealed. Any small obstacles such as vents, pipes, lights or wires were discussed before proceeding. At the end of the project, new lights, house number, mailbox and even flagpole holder were all installed. Siding our chimney was something I was concerned about due to the difficulty of the project, but Magnolia handled it expertly. Our house looks beautiful. Many thanks to Chris and his crew for a prefect job.

After years of wanting to remodel our kitchen, I saw a billboard advertising Magnolia Home Remodeling. After doing some research and reading all their reviews, we decided to give them a call. We met with Chris and explained what we wanted to do. He took the time to listen, we discussed different options, and within days we had a signed contract. Magnolia turned our vision into a reality. Taking a small kitchen, small dining room and an unused formal living room and turned it into our dream open concept kitchen/dining room. From the initial consultation until the final visit, and everything along the way, was truly a positive experience. They take pride in their workmanship and it shows in the end result. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If there is any additional remodeling in our future, we'll be calling Magnolia!
