Many months later received another cold callvery pleasant lady and said I would like to have someone complete the estimate process. Bill then got on the phone and with a hurried tone asked "Are you ready to sign and get this work done?" I again asked for the estimate which he said I had, I asked what it was then and he said he would email it to me. I still have not heard back. Very bad feeling from Bill. I would not use this company. I have 2 rentals and a primary home my previous home improvement person moved to North Carolina. I am still looking for a reputable company and this is not it!!!!
