| Mo Nematollahi | This company did install very expensive shingle on my roof which was a 100 years GAF shingles. since then because of poor installations shingles coming off of the roof in 3 or 4 of them at the time. also the shingles on the crown coming off too. do not trust their installations. i picked them up because they were GAF certified. I called GAF and they are telling me it is the poor installation and not problem with their products. I have called royal roofing too and they are not responding to my calls either. |
| bobby rose | Our roof had ice damming issues and we hired Royal Roofing Queens. After last weeks heavy snow storm melted ice water leaked into the bedrooms. Unfortunately we had to replace the whole flat roof because the inspection revealed extension damage throughout the roof area. So we went with the full replacement and 20 years warranty option, which is really an investment if you think about it since I won't be dumping any more money into this troublesome flat roof. Royal Roofing Queens came with company dump trucks and finished in 1 day. They re-framed our skylights so they would be raised above the roof and not leak from future snow, and replaced the back gutter for a complete system. I give them 5 stars because I'm in the contracting industry myself and these guys have impeccable customer service and professionalism. I have yet to meet a roofer in the area with a better resume and such fine craftsmanship. |
