Called back with a couple questions and Ron answered. He was able to answer my questions, one of which was whether they could quick ship. He thought they might, but wouldn't commit without speaking with the factory first. I received an email from him the next day confirming that they could quick ship the product to meet my floor installer's schedule. LOVED the customer service even for a small custom order and product! Vents are genuine red oak and are high quality. Love the Made in America aspect also. |
