| joseph kalata | I spoke to James on the phone. Sounded like a great guy. Asked me to send a few pictures of the roof and siding. I sent him about 10 pictures. We agreed on a price and I took off the day of work for their arrival. Moved everything away from the house to make it easier. They never showed up! I called 4-5 times over the next few days along with multiple emails. NOT ONE RESPONSE. I don't understand what happened. At least call to let me know something was wrong or you had second thoughts on the job. Funny part is, 3 other people I work with wanted to get the same thing done. I had quite a bit of business for him if he had just followed through. Sounded great on the phone and then fell short. Very upsetting. |
