The job went well. They cleaned up nicely and the dumpster was taken away the following day. A foreman even came back the following day to look things over and put a few final touches on the roof. Only issue I had was that their original quote that was presented to me turned out to be a mistake. I wasn't informed of this until I had signed an agreement and applied for a loan. It ended up costing me an additional 1350. Turns out the type of roof that was originally quoted didn't meet code for the structure. Meanwhile, I had notified competing contractors that I was hiring someone else. All in all, they did a nice job and I though the price was fair- although I preferred their original price quote. Would recommend

Recently moved into a new house with a cement tile roof. At first rainfall the roof was leaking in multiple places. Spoke with the owner who was able to get a crew and start working on a new roof the very next day. Obviously, with an old house there were a few hiccups along the way the roof had been leaking for years. The crew was excellent, the owner was understanding and willing to work with us, the project manager was excellent with relaying info and making sure everything gets done in our favor. Will recommend them to anyone else.
