From the very beginning they were extremely straight forward and upfront with everything especially the person who did the initial diagnostic. He answered all my questions even when I thought I was being a pest. He made sure I understood before we proceeded with anything. We decided we had to change the system and not spend another summer in Charlotte suffering. James came out next with our options, and let me tell you. James is phenomenal!!! Yes he's a sales person, but he was extremely nice and was also straight forward with us. Two days later we had a brand new system installed by Paul, Chad and David! These guys are awesome!
