After some recent storms and noticing that there may be some damage and leaks, I called Blake Grissom with Preferred Restoration LLC. Blake was very professional through the entire process from start to finish. He worked around my schedule to provide a free estimate and evaluation of what in fact the problem was, 5 roof leaks. After his assessment, he immediately got on the phone with my insurance company to expedite the claim and have an adjuster schedule an appointment. Not only was Blake thorough and accommodating, his knowledge and professionalism speak volumes for himself and the company he represents. After about a week, he arrived to meet the adjuster and they did a walk through inspection of the roof and interior of the home. The adjuster came to terms and determined that we in fact needed a new roof. A couple of days later, Blake followed up with me to arrange for the coordination of product delivery and scheduled the roof replacement. The crew arrived a couple of days later, and man were they impressive. Their system and workmanship were impeccable, as well as how clean and neat everything was when they finished the job.
