Although at times the company was slow to communicate with us, we had to give them credit for coming to our house numerous times to do work on the roof. At one point, it seemed that they would be unable to do the repair without additional money--something I was not happy about--but I called the owner who proved very concerned about the reputation of his company. He sent out the contracting team to try once more and I'm happy to say that, after two days of solid rain, the repair seems to have worked. The owners demonstrated to me that their commitment to fair work and guaranteed satisfaction was not simply a slogan: it is a virtue they live by. |
