| Matthew Young | Very strange situation. Seemed like a very nice person and sounded very professional on the phone. However, I told him I was packing two kids in the car and driving 1.5 hrs to meet him for an estimate at our set date/time and he no-showed. When he didn't show I called him and he immediately texted, "I'll call you right back", but I never heard from him...not even a follow up call later to explain what happened or anything. I even texted him that evening to see what happened and no reply. I'm really not sure if he does good work or not, but he wasted a lot of my time. It is unfortunate, because I really could have used a good reliable contractor. |
