Doreen Huling | The prices and variety of products were very good. . We were updating 2 of our bathrooms. As a consequence, I needed 3 bathroom vanity faucets. I was very happy with the Delta “Victorian” 2 lever faucet but not with the other 2 faucets that were for my master bathroom. These faucets were Delta's Dryden single handle model. When installed, it became apparent that the plunger handle on the faucet leans backwards rather than going up vertically as most plunger handles do. As a consequence, there is not enough space between the backsplash and faucet to easily use the plunger. I wish the sales person had pointed this unusual feature out to me and in addition, I was never called when the faucets arrived at the store. My installer called them to check on the order status. |
Jason Clewell | Literally the worst customer experience. Anyone can buy the products they sell online. Their whole purpose is customer service and advice. But no one here is interested in talking to you. They act like their time is more important than potential customers ready to buy. Puzzling. We followed their “scheduled appointment process” which ended up being a waste of time because they only showed us the most expensive options and we found this out after we got the quote. You'd think as experts this would be a place to start in your appointment with your customer. We wanted guidance and someone to just handle it and all we got was stressed out. BTW, I found all of my fixtures online for at least 30 less. |
Tim Farina | I was quite disappointed in the poor quality and design of the Delta faucet set I purchased at Hughes Kitchen & Bath in Huntersville, NC considering what they charged me. There was no discount offered not even for Military Veterans. I initially went in just for tub plumbing and fixture and decided to also get the two matching sink faucets for a bathroom remodel. When the faucets arrived a week later I was very disappointed in the quality of materials and the many plastic connection fittings that were a challenge to connect. I didn't like these faucets once installed. I replaced them with much nicer quality Delta faucets from Home Depot for less than half the cost at Hughes Kitchen & Bath. When I tried to take back the two sink faucets to Hughes I was missing one of the cardboard boxes that one of the faucets came in and the manager said that faucet looked used so they only accepted one of the faucets as a return and I got stuck with a 400 faucet I can't use. I don't think that was very good customer service and I won't be looking to Hughes for my future renovation needs. You'll get a much better deal and customer service anywhere else. |
