Alpha Omega Construction Group Inc. – Roofing Contractor in Indian Trail, North Carolina

I am a contractor and I have dealt with Alpha Omega many times over the years, and I find them to be very reliable, reasonably priced and friendly. I had a leak in my roof and As well as some tabs missing and some bad roof sheathing. Andy came out within a few days and assessed what needed to be done and had Someone fixing my roof a couple days later. They were fast, professional, honest and about 500 less as well as about a month earlier than the other two quotes that I had received. Andy called to follow up and make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I had one small issue and he quickly came out and made it right.

We hired Alpha per my contractor's reference to replace the roofs and siding on all of our apartment buildings. We were given two reasonable quotes and we went ahead with the work. The roof went well, and we paid them. The siding however, was the worst two year experience I've come across. The siding job was extremely poor, had to be redone several times with different crews. Alpha had no control over their crews, multiple times had to come clean up huge piles of trash one of their crews left. Kevin McCoy was in charge of the job, he turned to blaming the crews they hired at every turn. He began correcting the work with different crews and eventually got very nasty and unprofessional probably out of frustration with them. The extent of damage and sub par work was not limited to caulking window screens, putting holes in brand new shingles, leaving off vapor barrier, bending aluminum incorrectly, and other terrible workmanship...the list goes on. THE PROCESS TOOK 2 YEARS. We addressed our concerns professionally and fairly and we met with Kevin McCoy being condescending and at one meeting down right nasty. Accounting would contact us every couple months for payment and every time we replied with "we have been trying to contact you all to finish the job" to which they then would apologize and the process would restart. We left messages and emailed some higher ups and were just last month contacted agreeing to take off the price of the work that needed correcting. We paid Alpha and felt the need to share our horror story. Side note: our GC was appalled even contacted them in an attempt to help us and will not be using or referring any business their way.

I can not express enough how thankful I am of this company!!! I unfortunately am one of many that had major damage from hurricane Florence. I know of Alpha Omega in the Raleigh area due to my commercial and residential professional career. This made me reach out to them for my personal home located in Ocean NC. I had a phone call within two hours from a field manager by the name of Dean. Dean is based out of Charlotte and I have never met him before. He stated that his area was working on getting crews to the crystal coast area very soon. I literally met Dean onsite two days after I saw the extreme damage done to my roof. Within 3 days of initial contact his crew was placing a new roof on my home. Some crews were already in the Wilmington area and others from NC came down. So not only do I want it to be known the professionalism shown by the field manager Dean which is very impressive, I want to say thank you to the Alpha Omega team for sending crews down to help not only me but many others. One month later Alpha Omega still have crews in the area and are helping many. Rebuilding is a hard process, but for me emotionally, having a new roof installed so quickly helped my family and I concentrate on rebuilding without having more water damage. Professionally, I recommend Alpha Omega to any GC contractor to use and to anyone in the crystal coast area that may still have roofing needs from the hurricane. This company is all about customer service and fast reaction time. AGAIN THANK YOU DEAN AND THE ALPHA OMEGA TEAM!!!!
