| Charles Luther | From sales to installation all went well. After the installation, water was running over the gutter and cascading onto the patio. Gutter Guys were notified that it appeared the gutters were not cleaned prior to installation. We were told that they were and we had a manufacturing defect and to contact the maker. After complaining to the BBB, an appointment by Gutter Guys to come out and clean the gutters was not kept and we had to hire a separate company to come and clean out the mess that was left. |
