| roy arnett | Wade Perdue I told you the leak was not coming in at door , I told you how bad the roof was and how rotten the sheathing was on the roof above the New door , and your words to me was you was going to put a roof on , I went out there three times , and as far as 80 was charged above , we gave you a price for replacing walls and rotten wood and below deck , and if you will just think it's because of all the rotten wood is causing you problems , I guess if we would have fixed the rotten wood and sheathing above door on roof , you sure would found something else to say , if you buy a run down property and don't fix what's wrong there will be problems . |
