| Cheyenne Bell | They did our septic inspection in February and told us our septic would be good for years. 3 months later in May I am having issues with our septic tank and it's flooded my basement a few times now. I called them and let them know and they came out and “found” the septic tank and told us we needed a backho to come dig it up. The guy that came out said he would call us later that day with more info on getting a backho out and the guy never called. Now I have another company out here and they found the septic tank and it's in a COMPLETELY different spot. And they let us know that our tank is pretty much over flowing. I honestly don't know if they actually checked it at all when they came out and did our inspection. I'm a first time home buyer and this is a VERY stressful situation to be in. So please keep that in mind when looking for septic company's. |
