| Breanna Brown | Would give 0 starts if possible. We really appreciated someone being able to come late at night to fix our “emergent” problem. But he kept changing his arrival time. When he showed, he kept pointing out other things & could not focus on the issue at hand. He was at my home for 2 hours and did not even resolve the issue. He seemed unfocused and was stumbling. I tired to give him the benefit of the doubt because he is an older gentleman. Then I smelt the alcohol on his breath and he made my husband and I feel uncomfortable. And his pricing is outrageous. Charged us 250 and barely did anything. My husband and I had to help him multiple times. I had another company come out the next day & they resolved the issue in 45 minutes for 80 less! I would never recommend Northern Drain & Sewer to anyone. |
