Terry from Coates Bros. did a thorough job of examining our 23 year old roof to determine our needs during the quote process. He was friendly and explained everything quite well. Not high pressure sales at all. His crew were a pleasure to work with, friendly and efficient. They did a great job and cleaned up the area quite well. I've seen many neighbors get new roofs, but none of the other companies worked with as much care as Coates Bros. They draped large tarps from the roof to the ground to protect the sides of the house and make clean up easier. They used a magnetic sweeper to pick up nails. They cleaned out the gutters afterwards.They even painted the roof vents, making them look brand new.

We needed a complete roof replacement and Coates brothers worked with us to attempt insurance relief. Terry also was very educational to us throughout the process so we knew what we were selecting for the project. The work is outstanding ! The workers were courteous and cleaned up everyday. The project was completed on schedule and when rain was in the forecast we were always notified of possible changes. We fully trust Coates brothers and would recommend them to anyone.
