| Linda S | Poor customer service....very poor! Another contractor remodeling a bathroom for us called this company to repair flashing on roof because it was leaking onto fresh paint. Not only did they not come at the time they specified, but did not come until 4 days later....sent his son, unannounced, then left before I could pay. When bathroom contractor came back....he had a message from roofer...."you need a new roof and it will be 13,000. During all this time, never heard a word from Scott McNulty himself. Very poor business person. When someone gives me a time he will be at my house, does not call or show up claims he was busy then that person does not deserve my time or money....or yours. |
