Took his boots off while walking through my house. For the life of me I cant remember his name but just very professional and tried solving my problem. The second guy came out the next day Matt and the same. He pin pointed the issue and gave me some information on some things. Very knowledgable. Although they were not able to fix my problem because of being short staffed and already busy with my issue being a bigger problem than I thought, they were able to allow me to move forward in getting the bigger issue fixed. Highly recommend just on professionalism alone. |
