Bubby Construction – Roofing Contractor in Marietta, Ohio

I unfortunately had the experience of sub Contracting for this company. Long story short after realizing the complete lack of ability to run a jobsite both physically and financially or provide any type of quality work, being treated very poorly, supplying most if not all the tools for a "business owner", having my tools mistreated and damaged, the boss not showing up or following through with promises, and finally not paying me for work and services that I provided I decided that I had to pack up my tools and cut ties. I regret having to do this, not because of any obligation to Bubby construction, but because the customer who we where working for was a great customer and deserved better and I knew that after I left, the job would not be completed to any standard of quality or ethical workmanship. A couple weeks after I cut ties this customer took over a 20,000.00 dollar loss due to the complete ignorance and lack of ability that this company has and had to hire someone else to pick up the peices. This is only one of many examples of poor management and workmanship from Bubby Construction. I hope no one else has to suffer a loss at the hands of Howard Baker or Bubby construction ever again!
