They were able to replace all 16 windows in our house in just 3 days even after being hampered with poor weather on the first day. They cleaned up after themselves as well as we could expect inside and they kept our yard tidy too. They were extremely kind and respectful to the extent that they even took their shoes off when working inside to minimize dirt and debris being tracked through the house even though they had drop cloths in all hallways and rooms they were working in. We were surprised by and appreciated their punctuality too - they said they'd be at our house at 8am and they were there at 7:45 and ready to start working by 8. We wouldn't hesitate to have Jim and his guys install windows in our next house if/when we move. |
