Common sense - have a SEPARATE CREW working curb side pick up. Having the service desk NOT answering the phone to set up curb side which is no where near the service desk is bad business and horrible customer service. People lined up waiting on hold and staff are no where to be found. Inside workers don't know the store so they don't accurately tell shoppers where to find what they need. Very frustrating and extremely unnecessary. Retail isn't THAT difficult to figure out. Help your shoppers.
