We started the process of filing a claim with our insurance company in October of 2018. From beginning to end, Storm shield roofing has been on top of things. They helped me at every turn. We ended up getting a new claims representative & a new claims adjuster before it was all said and done. Tanya stepped in to help when I wasn't getting the necessary responses from the ins. company. Over a 15 month period, we finally received a total of 3 separate insurance payments. Tanya & Chad were both very helpful in expediting this process & I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. They are professionals!

Storm Shield Roofing is a great company to work with for your roofing needs. They completed my project ahead of time which is rare when you work with roofing companies. They educated me as the home owner on what roofing material to use for the longest life of the shingles. I did all of the research to make sure they were accurate in what information they provided me and they absolutely were! The owner of the company also took the time to work with me and my insurance company throughout the entire process. They are extremely well versed with insurance claims and helped me navigate the way when my insurance company didn't want to pay me for my damage to my property. I would highly recommend this company!!!

Say one thing and does another. push to file false claims. Paid for roof to be completed in May 2019 and it November 2019 and not even on the calendar. Lost depreciation of roof payment due to roof not being completed in 180 days. Blames everything on the insurance company. Stared out stating that they only accept what the insurance company pays. Not the case. They want me to pay 30 of check to refund the almost 11000 I gave them already.
