A-Best Roofing – Roofing Contractor in Tulsa, Oklahoma

I have no doubt that A-Best would have put on a great roof for us. Unfortunately we were never able to get that to happen. We had an estimator come out after some wind damage and an appointment set up with our insurance agent. Because the A-Best estimator never showed our roof was only damaged and not totaled. We knew no different. After over 5 attempts via phone, text, and email to get the damage repaired we ended up having to call T-Town Roofing. When they came they said the damage the insurance agent had quoted wasn't listing all the damage. They invited the insurance agent to come back and they showed up to walk the agent through the damage. Thanks to T-Town our roof was totaled and we got a new roof and more repairs paid for. I am thankful A-Best never called back on the repairs so we could seek another Roofing company to help us since it was clear they weren't interested. I will say the A-Best estimator that came out seemed to be a great guy just not good at communicating or showing up after that initial estimate.

Abest roofing. On time, sense of urgency, completed the job in 1day. Cleaned up so well you could not tell they were there. Did not damage flowers and we have extensive flower gardens around the house. First rate job from quote to finish.
