Also we only left at the time we did half an hour after the scheduled time because my wife had to go to urgent care. I called back a couple hours later after we got back home, no answer so I left a voicemail. They never called back. It took several days of calling to finally get an answer, and when I did finally get an answer they were very rude and blamed us for not being there at the proper time even though they were the ones who were late.
