Had a leak in my roof. Called them and the roof was fixed within 3 days of getting the estimate. He gave me options on price and extent of repair. Quality was great. They were super quick and cleaned up well after the job. I would use them again.

If there was an option for negative stars I would give it to these people.. My husband and I are new renters in a property. During our moving process we've worked alongside the owner and leasing agent of the property to troubleshoot and fix some of the issues. The property we are renting has skylights that are whistling and humming constantly. The owner and leasing agent told us to correspond and work with Mount Hood roof restoration since they are the ones that previously did the roof. We called to get a timeframe as to when they were to arrive on property, and to simply inform them of the problems we've been having with the skylight. We were met with an astonishing amount of disrespect! They told us to stop calling because we were not the direct owners of the property. The man on the phone actually hung up on my husband before he could ask what time they were gonna be here. I have news for these people... We are the ones paying money to live here. Our personal property is in this home. We have every right to communicate with the people that are working in and on this property. I would not trust them to be on my property! I would not trust them to touch my roof! Absolutely do not use there services. There needs to be consequences for their actions. I hope they lose business.
