Purchased a new home that was long over due for a new roof. I contacted Jim Miller Roofing and received a call, Paul came out the next day to climb up and inspect the roof for a quote. The quote was emailed to me two days later. Price was reasonable for a full tear off down to the tongue and groove with a few sheets of plywood needing to be replaced and install of their roof package. Install was scheduled for two days after closing. Roof was completed in one day, they cleaned up and left my yard looking as it did before they arrived. Nicole the Office Manager was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We had a problem getting our payment processed and she went above and beyond to help get it resolved including calling the card issuer directly since I was at work and couldn't. She responded to all of my emails and questions very promptly and was always polite and accommodating.

Had a great experience replacing my roof with Jim Miller. Tom was my project manager and had excellent communication, outlined expectations well and followed up after to ensure everything went as planed. I would highly recommend!
