| Tina DeCaria | I would highly recommended this company. We had a prior company, that installed our 2 year old unit, to our house about 4 or 5 times. We had to pay 2 service calls for them to say nothing was wrong. Then pay 2 labor charges to replace 2 different parts. Our furnace still would not stay running. So about 500.00 later I called Paul Boots and Sons he came out, at time I was promised. Within less than an hour he had narrowed down what the problem was. He needed to order a part. Which unknown to me he ordered the next part also so I did have to wait more time for that part to come in. I asked him that day how much do I owe and was politely told nothing until my unit got fixed. Once he got the part, he came back to put it along with the next part. Within 2 hours I had my furnace back up and running. I have not had any issues since. Thank you very much to Paul Boots and Sons for taking sure good care of me. Labor charges were extremely fair. |
