I cannot say enough good things about Alam B! As first time homeowners with no experience, we were understandably nervous about replacing our roof. They helped us feel comfortable about the whole process, explained everything they were going to do and why!. The quote was on par with average costs for our area. On the day of, they showed up when they said they would and got right to work. The clean up was immaculate and they checked in to make sure we were satisfied--a very very positive experience. So much so that when we had wind damage to the back edge of our new roof and back gutter, we would not consider anyone else to fix it! I like to consider any challenges, too, when I leave a review. Anything of note was minor and fixed immediately. All in all, a smooth process and our roof is beautiful!
