We agreed he would call Sat am when near, he did! Repaired boiler issue 25 degree night and suggested a pricey but needed upgrade that could wait until spring....instead of a pressured upsell. Great to live 2500 miles away and have your family taken care of in this way. Kudos to Bixler, Carl, and your answering service!
