Mathew Stonecypher	I had a very slow leak in my main water line just as it comes into my basement. I called B Hale and they said they would come to my house and give me an estimate for a repair. When the plumber showed up exactly when he was scheduled to, he said he should be able to simply tighten up the valve and that should fix the problem. It ended up not being quite so simple and after about 45 minutes and two other people getting involved they fixed the problem and when everything was all said and done they didn't even give me a bill. There are dozens of plumbers in my area, but after my experience today I would never even consider calling anyone other than B. Hale.
