New roof and roofline vent, all new windows squared and trimmed with azec board, azec board outline to square the entire house, and trim with gutter work. Michael and Allen provided design, designs options and suggestions to make the outcome, living and care more enjoyable. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is masterful. Daily updates were delivered with humor and the team was neat and tidy they even tolerated the confiscating of apparel by my young puppy. The stucco removal, parging, stone fireplace, patio and porches were crafted by recommendations from the Smucker's brothers. These trades were super and as skilled as in their discipline as the carpentry work. The completed work is masterful and precise. Watching the construction was fun. It was impressive to watch these crafters perform their skills. I miss seeing the different crews and the daily progress. But I do smile at the wonderful home every day.
