Fisher Brothers Builders, LLC – Roofing Contractor in Mifflin, Pennsylvania

So far so good. They were recommended to me Via two other Customers. After looking at Their work I had called. I spoke with I believe Leroy who was very curteous and promptly set a date to meet with a estimator. Henry came out on time and intently listened to exactly what we wanted and worked with us to achieve that goal. Currently waiting on two proposals . I heard from reliable sources they are the best with not only quality but price also.

We were very eager to work with Fisher Brothers Builders Leroy in Upper Mifflin, Pennsylvania, however, our experience leads us to not recommend them for serious builders. We thought it odd when we were asked to drive up to Upper Mifflin to discuss what we wanted to have done semi-custom wood shop using a picture in one of their advertisements instead of the contractor coming to the property. Looking back they didn't seem to committed to the work. We provided them with drawings for a semi-custom wood shop and we were eager to work with them, however, I think their preference is to run with their standard construction projects that they can quickly complete and move on to the next job. They do not appear to be adequately staffed and able to accommodate semi or custom construction projects. We were expecting to spend between 50,000 and 75,000 to complete the build with my husband completing some of the work after the framing was done. After meeting with them we were told they'd get back to us within two 2 weeks. The original telephone call and meeting went very well. After many, many follow-up telephone calls and e-mails trying to find out when we could expect the quote we finally gave up after while on a telephone call the owner stated they would have something out by the end of the week and nothing was produced. If they did not have the skill to complete the work, or they did not want to step outside of completing "standard type of kit buildings", they should have just said that in the beginning. Why waste anyone's time. I think they acted very unprofessional and after several follow-up calls for them to continue to say they would follow-up by a specific date and not leads me to question their integrity. We would not recommend them to anyone looking for a semi-custom or custom building. If you want one of the "sheds/buildings" you see already framed/built they should be fine. I would encourage individuals to look for another builder if you are looking for any semi/custom construction. We had high hopes but not a go. :-
