| John R. Strayer | What can I say other than WOW. Had Scott and his guys silver coat and patch a few spots in June of 2018. Well on 6/20/19 at 1am our roof started a slight leak in a 2nd floor bedroom. The spot had leaked in the past in very heavy rains maybe once or twice a year. Nonetheless I emailed Scott at 2:30am. At 8:30am I received a phone call from him and by 9:15am he was at my house. He and his crew assessed the situation made, found the root of the issue that dated back to when the roof was orginally replaced in June of 2010. Scott took pictures with his cell phone and showed them to my wife and I. He described what the issue were, indicated how he was going to fix them. Took about an hour and the charge was very reasonable. Scott's crew was polite and respectful. A truly A+++ business that I would highly recommend. Thanks Scott......!! |
