| William Bloom | I recently had a great shopping experience at the Selinsgrove store. A week before Mothers day I was in search of a specific item for a gift. Coles didnt have it in stock , but assured me it hey could have it mid week. I went to pick it up , the day before Mothers day. It was back ordered. The young man helping told me he could have it Monday. I told him it was for Mothers day. He made a phone call and asked me if I could be back in an hour. Sure ! Problem solved ! He had to go home for lunch , and picked it up on his way back to work ! In my opinion , that was good business and customer service. According to the receipt, his name was Ryan. I bet they wouldn't have done this at the "big box" stores !!! Thank you Ryan and Coles. |
| Hayden Conrad | Coles is by far my favorite hardware store in the area. They may not be the best choice for large scale projects but the convenience of having one within a few miles of most towns around here is a live saver when you forget that fitting or need an odd ball screw last minute. The staff is beyond helpful and always eager to assist you. |
