| Spooky Pook | They fail at communication. Mike staffs his office with family who are nice but don't really know anything, so if you call and he isn't there, you wait. And wait. We never had a problem until now. We used Mike for our siding in 2003 and he had done home repairs over the years. He did an estimate for a roof, we accepted, gave him a downpayment and did not hear any update for two months. When I called and asked for some urgency, he sent a crew to deliver materials. They said they would start working in the rain. I told them I felt uncomfortable with that and without any discussion they left and cancelled the contract that I had waited for months to be completed. I am blown away. I couldn't get in touch with anyone. When I finally reached Mike, he decided it was easier to refund my money than deal with an unhappy customer. Imagine. Now I am a very unhappy former customer. I hope I find someone more professional to do my home repairs. |
