| Rich Bar | Lowes had contracted this company to do my roof. They did the job in one day and said everything went well. First real rain storm 3 weeks later and i have water leaking into two rooms of my house. Called lowes back who had this company call me back took 48 hours to speak with someone. They r telling me they did have to remove some chalking and they didnt put it back which is a problem with my siding and not my roof. Basically passing the buck. I paid 8000 for this roof and its leaking in 3 weeks. I will update this review when i speak with the owner finally instead of getting the run around.UPDATE owner came and said the windows i had installed 5 years ago are the leak. Called my wife at work mad about this review gave her an attitude and me and attitude. worst customer service experience ever. Lowes is sending a different contractor to fix the leak this guys never coming to my house again. Stay away from this loser, and his B.S. company. |
