We had an insurance claim for a severely leaking roof brought on by storm damage. Trey promptly came out, gave us an estimate and after getting recommendations from two other people to use them decided we'd have them do the replacement. All their staff, from office administrators, job foremen and roof crew were extremely professional. Jeremy ran the day-to-day operations at our house and explained everything to us, and was a pleasure to work with. The roof crew was...EXTRAORDINARY. The men who scraped and replaced our roof were so hard-working that what we thought would take 3 days we have a 3,000 square foot, split-level home only took 1.5 days AND we had a rain in the middle of the job. They worked a 12+ hour day the first day and the second day just had to wrap up and clean up the place. The roof is GORGEOUS and they went above and beyond with their clean up, which was important because we have an outside dog and a horse. My husband and I are so very pleased with the quality of work, the professionalism and the hard-working crew deserves a bonus! Thank you Tri-County.
