Please, do not allow this company to file claims on your behalf. This allows them to charge you more for the job then it needs to be. A competitive bidding process is needed for any job. Not to mention - if they claim you have hail damage on your roof and can not explain how your vehicle didn't get any hail damage, then don't fall for it. They marked the roof of all hail damage marks, then I had two other reputable roofing companies come and confirm there was no hail damage. If a claim would have been filed with insurance and then denied, it is the same as if a claim was paid out. It still does against your policy. Do your research and ask your agent for advice if needed.

Orange Elephant Roofing did such a fantastic job with our roofing project! From start to finish they kept us in the loop and were so polite! Their customer service really blew me away! If you need a new roof I highly recommend giving Orange Elephant a call! They will take care of you!

Horrible! There is nothing more to really say then just horrible. As a former employee Orange Elephant Roofing is out to take advantage of you. On top of wanting to take advantage of their customers they also force there sales reps to go door to door and harass potential customers. My boss was moved here from Oklahoma and was a complete jerk to many of our clients. He was also verbally aggressive and hostile towards people when making his sales pitch. Charleston SC is a great place to live with a lot of great company's that can do what Orange Elephant Roofing does and more. Save you're money and go with a more trusted and experienced company. PS, dont fall for the “we are in the are cleaning up after the hail storm that recently came through” it is all a lie.
