Long Story Short - Great Consultation, The Owner came out and was very reassuring after I expressed to him my issue with all types of vendors especially plumbing since moving to Rock Hill. I was experiencing issues shortly after the job, and it came down to me visiting him at their location to finally get a call back. He claimed the phone system didn't take messages or something of the sort. In my opinion, after the conversation we had, I expected HE follow up with ME to make sure I received the visuals, I understood what I was dealing with and he never came back out as promised in person. It's unfortunate, it really is. I feel I got nothing.

Chris Hobel has done a few jobs around my house, he's always willing to help me out and is truly knowledgeable and very reputable. He's very professional and is great to work with, definitely recommend him and his company
