Mr Howe did a small job for me. The repair was done right but what impressed me most was his professional kindness and fairness.

Terry came out to look at my roof. I called due to some light water damage in my kitchen ceiling. There were some shingles missing and some tabs missing. Terry said he would come out and replace the shingles and reseal the roof vents , he felt like they were part of the problem. I had them take before pictures. The roof vents were somewhat worn. The quote was 450.00. I called Terry after the repairs and asked if he replaced the boots since the picture did show what he suspected . He said no that his guys did not know to bring new boots so they just put roofing tar around them. I tex Terry and let him know that Lowes sells a product called perma boot for around 22.00 and asked if he would send his guy back out to complete the repairs that he spotted. As of today I have not heard a word or a text message. The check has cleared the bank. Terry if you can live with it I can live without it. Do not expect a call or referral from me. I am very disappointed with the results since the repair became a patch job.

Does Really Great work, and sticks to his warranty! Mr. Howe and his crew put my roof on and i love it! We have had Zero issues out of it. Ive recommend him to many of my family and friends and have had no complains from his work on their houses either. This company is a must use!
