Neil Tolentino	I will be the first to give a non-5-star review but here's why. I'm not drop names here but the company had inspected my roof and assessed it as 'need total replacement 0 life left'. It doesn't take a genius to figure that if the roof is done for then so is the fascia. But apparently, the total replacement that they quoted for is only for the roof and their default agreement doesn't have a place for that but 'Install Gutter' = NO since there was no gutter on my roof. I'm not sure if it's even possible now to simply insert the fascia but for this reason I would consider this a devious quote and unprofessional. Why 3 stars? I have other bidders that could've done it better for 100 more than his bid. I could already predict that he would bring up the contract with list of items showing that fascia is not included. If I were the 'professional roofer', I would tell myself to replace it before signing the contract. I just found out what fascia was when the other contractor ridiculed their job.
