Finally said they would have to order fixtures and replace. One and a half months later they called to schedule install; showed up with a different sink fixture and no shower. My wife was able to find the same sink fixture on the internet in five mins. They said they have no plan for the shower. Complete waste of time and zero initiative to get the job done. Spoke with manager at company and he said this is a home warranty issue. If that's the case it would be helpful to have a manager or someone speak the home owners in order for them to address the issue and not find fault with subcontractors |
