His workers didn't show up for two days as promised, and when we tried to get in contact with the owner he didn't answer or would say- oh, they didn't show up?.. let me see what's going on. Another date was promised and his workers finally showed up, it took twice as long as he promised to get the roof done- poor estimation on his part. The workers were courteous, but Butch should take a lesson from them. This is their second attempt to install the skylight, because the first skylight didn't fit from his original measurements. After multiple promises from Butch that he re-ordered the skylight... by the phone conversations it was very evident he was lying because none of what he said about ordering and receiving the skylight made sense he was supposed to replace, it must have FINALLY come in because- I work from home.. so while I was on a call from work, my dogs start going bananas because there's men on the side of and on top of the house! First and foremost, that's a quick way to get shot in Texas... secondly, they never called, they just decided to start installing the skylight without any notice. Removing the skylight that's on my home means he could have easily had access to the inside of our home without consent. When we asked him if he called us to schedule thinking we may have missed something he said - and I quote "I'm too busy to call". This guy and his make shift business are a joke. We will be talking to the Vendor relations team at our insurance company to have a complaint filed and hopefully they can advise people against using them for their own protection. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS ROOFING COMPANY TO ANYONE! |
