Brinker Construction – Roofing Contractor in McKinney, Texas

Coming from California we were new to all of this, and very concerned about having to replace the roof on our new home after this past March, 2017 hail storm in McKinney. We interviewed many roofers and after speaking with Johnny with Brinker we chose them based on professionalism and explanation of the process. Our roof is very large and very steep and includes a large metal turret. He didn't hesitate about his team being able to get this roof completed. It looks fantastic as do the gutters and new screens. Johnny at Brinker was always just a text or phone call away during the entire process. He dealt with us and all of our questions and concerns and took the time to explain any and everything with professionalism. We will use Brinker again next time because of the quality of the roof, the professionalism and communication and education we were given by Brinker. Additionally before doing the roof he checked HVAC lines and after he completed he checked the lines again. Also, he actually got on the roof himself to check for the damage and walked it again with our insurance adjuster.. Our insurance company also pointed out to us “we had a good company” when Brinker couldn't start the roof because of 20 percent chance of rain. While at first disappointed the insurance adjuster explained if it rains during process it can cause leaking and could also cause rotting of the roof deck if roofing product applied to deck while even damp.

Have sent him several messages and he will not respond my insurance company has done the same, my roof leaked had to have another company come in and fix it. Beware.

Brinker Construction provides excellent service at a fair price. The quality of the work in replacing my roof was second to none. They worked with my insurance company to cover damage that went beyond just my roof. I highly recommend them to do business with.
