| eustace2c2 . | Completely unprofessional and undependable. Person from the company called to schedule service call. They said they would call before showing up to make sure someone was there. The day they were supposed to call they never did, my wife was home but asleep and didn't hear them knocking. I had to call back to reschedule, they were rude and tried to blame me for their failure to call as they said they would. We rescheduled for that Saturday. I waited all day Saturday, received no call and nobody showed up. I finally call and they tell me they were having problems and wouldn't be able to make it that day. Finally on the third try they did what they were supposed to do and called before showing up and we were home. Now they are trying to charge 92.50 for the first time they showed up and we weren't home. Absolute rubbish. I would not recommend this business to anyone. |
