| Ron Wilson | Carl returned my call and from the first moment I felt like I could trust him. I have hired many contractors over the years, some good, some not so good and then the "others". I hired ABBA Construction to replace the roof on my detached garage. The price was well within what I expected and the crew showed up and began work on time. It's a small job so there are 2 guys who have worked together for a long time and they really know what they are doing. The decking had to be replaced and I watched them use screws to pull the new decking down tight instead if nails. I'm really impressed with the workmanship of ABBA's crew. The day before the job started, Carl and his son came over and fastened plastic sheeting to the inside of the garage along the top edge where it meets the ceiling. This was installed to keep the debris from dropping all over the cabinets and appliances out there. There is a huge mess as the first layer of shingles are the original ones installed made of wood. The plastic sheeting is performing as intended. I can't say enough about this companies professionalism and customer service, so what I will say is that they will give you a fair price, show up on time, and bring qualified workers who do the job right. |
