Jay answered questions directly by phone and text, even after hours and while he was on vacation until we understood every detail. His staff were all professional and polite. Not only were they on time, 6-8 staff were working and finished the pipes quickly so we were only out of water for about 3 hours. We had to wait for the inspection by the city a couple days before the holes were filled over, but the job moved along faster than we hoped. We had no conflicts or confusion from start to finish. The price was half of what we would have paid any of the other contractors who gave bids, and some were not willing to do the complete job from street to inside the basement, which needed to be done due to roots and corroded pipes. We wish we had the job done years ago. |
